Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM NOJ BARKER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Noj Barker, ordered from the Noj Barker website at www.nojbarker.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Noj Barker reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an edition is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose unless written permission by Noj Barker has been given.
Orders and Prices
Noj Barker uses Paypal as his online purchasing system.
Noj Barker accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the Paypal website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All edition prices may be subject to change.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Noj Barker will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Noj Barker through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Noj Barker has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact us on +447956552476.
Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone or in person at us during studio opening hours.
Noj Barker currently do not have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than the UK via the website. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact us directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website. All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Noj Barker will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Noj Barker is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Noj Barker website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Noj Barker may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with us at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from us.
All artist editions will be sent to you by courier service. Noj Barker will endeavour to deliver editions within 10 working days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from us at the time of purchase.
Delivery of publications to you will be considered to have occurred once the publication is placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Noj Barker cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once an edition is considered delivered responsibility for the edition, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Noj Barker are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Noj Barker is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Noj Barker is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to studio@nojbarker.com.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
Please send your request within 7 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 2 working days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery in the UK. Overseas shipping cannot be refunded.
Other Returns:
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, no problem... You can return your item within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.
To return an item, please email us first at studio@nojbarker.com stating your intention to return the item. Pack them in the original box and include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery in the UK. Overseas shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
